Just add the iso to or make a bootable usb disk/drive and boot your PC from the USB. To create a bootable USB disk use the livecd-iso-to-disk link for instructions but don't forget to install livecd-tools with whichever package manager you prefer eg yum or dnf.
You can also burn the image to CD/DVD under mac os or windoz. just make sure the burning program burns the disk as a CD/DVD image (iso), and not just a data file.
BLAG can be run as a live OS and there is the option to install BLAG to the PC
Currently the Blag server and repo is off line but there are alternative Fedora repo that can substitute until the Blag repo is back on line. To use these alternative repos select the repo you need from the links and place them in /etc/yum.repos.d and disable the Blag repos.
The repos listed below are for the Fedora 20 which I am using for BLAG-200000-x86_64-MATE-Alpha.iso OS however you can edit the file and change the reference to /release/20/ to the version of Fedora repo that relates to the version of Blag you are using for example BLAG-Live-MATE-x86_64-230000.iso is changed to /release/23/ and change all 20 through out the file to 23
